The challenge

The conference required a trusted, high-clarity public platform that could serve researchers, academicians, industry delegates, and students across multiple countries. The core challenge was to structure diverse operational content such as conference theme, scientific focus tracks, deadlines, fee slabs, account details, publication opportunities, accommodation logistics, and sponsor acknowledgements without creating confusion or user drop-off in key actions like registration and abstract submission.

I designed and delivered a section-rich conference website with clear information hierarchy and conversion pathways: announcement banners, about blocks, institutional credibility sections, important dates, registration fee tables, account/UPI payment details, submission flow, sponsor tiers, and join/CTA modules. The platform emphasizes readability, responsive behavior, and action-first navigation so participants can move from discovery to registration/submission with minimal friction, while organizers can communicate updates effectively.
