Campus healthcare workflows were fragmented across manual forms, in-person requests, and disconnected communication with students. The goal was to provide a single digital flow for appointments, reimbursements, and pharmacy access while collecting real user feedback before broad rollout.
The Approach
Built a unified web portal where users can create profiles, book appointments dynamically, and submit reimbursement requests online. Added a multivendor-style pharmacy flow (currently integrated with Jiya Medicines), coupon and offer support, and a verification-based registration flow to keep onboarding secure and structured during the testing phase.
How it was built
Mapped the end-to-end college health centre journey: profile onboarding, appointments, reimbursements, and pharmacy interactions.
Implemented signup with email activation so users verify identity before accessing health-centre workflows.
Built dynamic appointment booking to reduce queue friction and make slot selection transparent for students.
Added online reimbursement submission and status-friendly data capture to replace repetitive manual paperwork.
Integrated medicine ordering with a vendor-first model (starting with Jiya Medicines) and introduced coupons and offers support for campaign phases.
