It provides role-based dashboards for admins, colleges/clients, mess managers, and students, bringing student enrollment, meal tracking, menu handling, feedback, committee contacts, and operational reporting into one system.

The Problem

Mess workflows were scattered across manual registers, separate spreadsheets, and informal communication between students, colleges, and operators. There was no single system to manage student records, menu publishing, mess details, feedback, committee contacts, and role-specific visibility for administrators, clients, and mess managers.

The Approach

Built a centralized web platform with separate role-based experiences for admin, college/client, and student users. The system handles student onboarding, college and department setup, mess details, menu visibility, consumption reporting, feedback collection, and communication with committee representatives, making day-to-day mess operations easier to manage and audit.

How it was built

Mapped the full mess workflow across students, colleges/clients, and administrators so each role had only the controls and data it needed.

Built secure login and role-based navigation for student, admin, and college/client dashboards within the same platform.

Created student-facing screens for dashboard insights, upcoming meal visibility, profile access, committee contact information, and feedback submission.

Implemented admin tools for student records, transaction details, college registration, and institution-level management.

Added college/client-side reporting views for monthly consumption, student history, department setup, mess details, feedback review, and menu administration.

Structured the data model to support operational modules such as mess managers, storehouse-related details, and menu options so the system can scale with real campus workflows.
