HEALTH 360

Health 3602024

Health 360 is an aspirational health-management platform concept designed to unify healthcare operations across the state. The vision is to connect government bodies, public hospitals, private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and administrative stakeholders into one coordinated digital system for patient records, referrals, hospital operations, reporting, and policy-level decision support.

The problem

Note · 01

Healthcare management at a state level is typically fragmented across separate hospital systems, paper processes, disconnected reporting formats, and siloed public/private workflows. That makes it difficult to track patient journeys, coordinate referrals, monitor capacity, manage schemes, or give the government a reliable real-time picture of healthcare delivery across districts.

The approach

Note · 02

Health 360 is being planned as a shared digital backbone for statewide healthcare management. The platform vision includes unified patient records, hospital and bed management, diagnostics workflows, referrals, billing and scheme integration, medicine and inventory oversight, and analytics for administrators. It is also being conceived with AI integration in mind for decision support, predictive analytics, triage assistance, anomaly detection, and smarter planning across the healthcare network.

How it was built

Milestones from concept through delivery.

Defined the vision for a statewide health platform that can bring together government administration, public hospitals, private hospitals, and allied healthcare services.

Mapped the core domains the system should support

patient records, referrals, diagnostics, hospital operations, scheme workflows, inventory, and reporting.

Planned interoperability around standards

friendly APIs and healthcare data structures so different facilities can participate without rebuilding everything from scratch.

Outlined a modular architecture where hospital operations, administrative oversight, and analytics can evolve independently while sharing the same core data platform.

Included AI

readiness in the early planning stage so future modules can support prediction, automation, clinical decision assistance, and statewide health intelligence.

Impact

Clear product direction for a statewide health-management ecosystem
Designed to connect both government and private healthcare institutions
Planned foundation for interoperable patient and hospital data
Strong fit for dashboards, monitoring, and administrative decision support
AI-ready architecture considered from the concept stage
Currently in planning and vision-definition phase
