The problem
Note · 01Textbook operations were fragmented across admin teams, publishers, clusters, depots, and schools. The workflow needed one auditable system to handle subject-master setup, academic-year publisher mapping, file uploads, print quantity orders, challan-based receiving, school-level distribution, and real-time delivery monitoring.
The approach
Note · 02Built role-based modules for Admin, Publisher, Cluster (CAC), and Private Teacher. Admin configures subjects and assigns publishers by year, then places print orders with cover/content files. Publishers process assigned orders and barcode/ISBN generation. Cluster users verify receipts and distribute to schools. A delivery command center tracks live trips, route history, stop completion, driver performance, halt analysis, and school-wise analytics.
